Your Daily Fasting Thread

Type: Water, coffee, tea, couple coke zeros the first 2 days

Context: Started Tuesday, now it's Saturday in my time zone, so 5th day

Length: Shooting for ten days, lonest yet.

Why: Lost 120lbs, need to lose the last 20-30, this is a kickstarter for me after one year of mucking around and going up and down.

Notes: So far it's okay. I have really low energy, but it seems little better today, day 5. Headache is lessened today. I have been drinking a lot of water and even water mixed with lite salt in order to get electrolytes. Seems to help but I can't be sure.

I've never made it past the 6th day, so I hope that I can get past a weekend (always where I fail). I'm also hoping that I settle into ketosis by this weekend so the last few days are better, then I think I will be able to make it to ten days easily.

I live in China so it's really hard to stay low carb, so I'm trying to figure out what my next diet protocol will be. I wanna keep losing and keep the weight off, so I will work IF or ADF or something into my routine for sure.

Sidenote: I tried on some jeans a week ago, and they were way to tight. Granted, I'd eaten pretty bad that day so I may have been a bit bloated. I went and tried the jeans on again on day 4 of the fast and they fit perfect. I can't believe how much I shrunk in just a week.
