Your Daily Intermittent Fasting Thread

I hope I'm allowed to say this here, I don't want make a whole post about something so insignificant. I started intermittent fasting Nov. 1 and as of today (Dec. 3) I'm down 20 pounds. Along with fasting, I completely cut alchohol/caffeine/other drugs and most sugar out of my diet. On days I do eat, it's just chicken, vegetables, and water. Sometimes fruit.

I never realised how much I enjoy food until now. My stomach and life feel emptier. I picked up gaming again and watch way more movies. It doesn't do anything for me. I'm so bored. I think about having a drink or just some chips every day. I know once I start, I'll slide back to where I started, but it's so hard to resist.
