Basically I'm in a state with a Compassionate Care Marijuana Act which protects Medical Marijuana Patients from being discriminated against when seeking employment with employers that require drug tests. They legally cannot refuse you a job offer if you test positive for Marijuana with a Medical Marijuana Card in my state regardless of federal law because our Marijuana laws are closely tied to our ADA Laws which ARE federal level and trump the illegal gray area of marijuana legality at the federal level.

This place did, it took four weeks of me making phone calls across the country to branch headquarters, corporate headquarters, compliance departments, filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and the company itself and retaining a lawyer but today I got my call validating what I've been telling them the entire time and I got the job.

It got to the point I didn't care if I got the job either way, I just wanted to make sure they didn't try and fuck over anyone else with a card in the future.
