I'm currently looking to expand our writer base for Borrowing Tape - a movie blog. We're currently looking for movie reviewers, feature article writers and interview writers (we have a growing list of director interviews on the site). I know that it's difficult to can't commit to a regular writing gig, especially probono, which is why we're open to publishing any great one-off film essays and articles you want to be published.

I've already taken an advertisement to this subreddit, but just in case anyone is using Adblock or won't see it, I thought I could also mention it here.

I want to say upfront - that there is no financial incentive to writing for the site, or (running the site for that matter, ha!). However, there can be a few perks attached - *press screenings *potential press accreditation (for example, one of us were granted a Tokyo International Film Festival 2016 press pass) *movie screener links *phone/email interviews with directors (we recently featured a Q&A with Goat Director Andrew Neel) *another community of film lovers (in addition to this one) to discuss cinema.
