You are mostly Afro-descended so people are not wrong in calling you Black. I don't understand the problem or why you're so pressed to identify as mixed. If Black people recognize you as Black and you see yourself as mixed, how does that change your life at all? People calling you Black doesn't mean you don't have other non-African ancestries. In fact, it's widely understood that among Black people in the Americas, Blackness inherently has other non-African ethnicities within it whether it been European, Native American, or Asian.

And if I'm being honest it does sound a lot like self-hate to be so mad about something so trivial.
