Your pricing structure. Lower than the rest? Middle of the road? High! Which do you go generally?

Yup, especially on the higher priced items. Over $100-$150 IMO, but that threshold varies from flipper to flipper. Another good way is to price very high, keep an eye out for watchers (as you may know, many of your watchers will be other sellers keeping tabs on item prices/the market rates. Doing BO does give you perhaps the most accurate representation on what the market dictates. You seem pretty knowledgable, so I am sure you can make the judgement calls in terms of prices. Personally, say I have a $500 item that has a BO or two around $300, price it at 399.99 then lower it if interest is not present, and you notice the other listings are selling consitently at other prices. For example, I purchased a Japanese camera lens in box - I may start around $550 or $500, then adjust accordingly for the market rate after maybe 15-25 days through your new BIN. Patience is key on those big items. They really can pay off if you wait just a bit. Nothing worse than losing $100-200 off of an undersold item. Hope this helps.

Out of curiosity, what do you sell? You don't have to go in too much detail, I know we all like to keep our niches and secrets in the flipping game. Thanks!
