This is a tough one, This is subject to change but for right now I'll give my top 10, but not necessarily in order. Be warned, there WILL be spoilers.
10/9. House M.D: Season 2, Episode 20/21, "Euphoria: part 1/2."
A lot of people point out "3 stories" as one of the best house episodes, and I don't disagree but for me this 2 parter takes the cake. I think it highlights the personalities of each person the best. House as the person that always wants the anwser no matter what the cost. Cuddy as the rule following administer. Cuddy bends a lot of rules for house, when when she refused the biopsy due to safety concerns, as much as you want to help formen, you can relate to her, you can also relate to house that only wants to help the patient. Formen as a selfish person, cameran as the "bleeding heart" and Chase as the person that does not care that much. House is one of the best shows ever, and it's hard to pick 1 best episode... and I ended up picking 2, but this Is where I would put it.
It was no doubt going to be a yang episode for me, I just started re watching the series and even though I have not gotten back to it I have to hand it to this one. 3. 16. was a serious contendor, but this one gets the slight nod for giving us an ending to the saga.
It was hard for me to pick this one I think Miguel was the best side character Dexter had, and I think Lundy was a fantastic opponent, so my opinion could easily be changed, but I can't help but pick Miguel because of how close he was to him. episode 10 had that great rooftop scene, but this one had some better action and more boobs so it wins. I think this was the culmination of all the previous events and it was great.
Don't get me wrong, I hope this show goes on forever, but this was the ending the show deserved. I know a lot of people say around this time or season 6 the show went downhill, and I don't really agree, but this is still the best episode for me... it also marks the last time they gave us a real finally that actually gave some closer and was not just a setup for the next season. As much as I love the show, past this point they really, really suck at season finale episodes.
This was by far the hardest one to pick from, and it's the only one that I feel like you need to be a long term fan of the series to truly appreciate at it's fullest. That's not to say that my other picks are not enhanced by be fans, but this one drops considerable down if you don't already know the show.
Another hard as shit choice, but this one wins out because of the humanity Rick shows, that same feeling almost made S2:E10 the winner, but I just liked this one more so it wins. Another hard choice that I would not fault anyone for picking different on.
This will easily be the most controversial pick, I love David Tennant, but for me Matt Smith is the best Doctor so far. This is another one that was almost a random pick, There are several more that could get this honor but this is the one I'm choosing.
Once again, a tough choice, but seeing Goku turn Super Saiyan for the first time still gives me chills. It was just so badass I will always love it.
I'm sorry, I know I said this list was not in order, and it's not... but I can't help but put Breaking Bad at the top. Even the famous "fly episode" is better than most of what has ever, or will ever be on TV. There are some standout Episodes, but I just can't chose, I just can't do it. Sorry for this as an ending, but I love this show just to much.
