Your top rated comment is your 2020 campaign slogan. How effective is it?

"I think it would be cool if brown spiders like this spawned in deserts, like the husk, and the regular black ones spawned everywhere else."

Well, considering that this was a post I made in /r/minecraft, let's say I've earned the support of every single Minecraft player in the United States.

Minecraft has sold around 100 million copies worldwide. Unfortunately I can't find sales figures for just the US, so let's pretend we're in a hypothetical world where there is equal worldwide sales distribution. This would mean around 16.6 million copies have been sold on each continent (ignoring Antarctica).

Accounting for sales in other North American areas such as Canada or Mexico and the fact that many people have bought Minecraft multiple times, I figure I would get around 10 million votes at best.

If I was going for the US election, considering that Hillary Clinton (the popular vote winner) received 65.8 million votes in the 2016 election, this is clearly not enough to win me the popular vote if we're only counting votes from this country based on Minecraft users, and as such I don't think I have a very good chance at the electoral vote either.

So unfortunately, I don't think this slogan would be very effective.
