I bet you it's gonna be Facebook. Facebook has started 'tv shows' and adding a ton of content to their website. Also, they have fuck you money. With fuck you money, they can pay people a premium to move over and turn them into a 'show'. Think of the philip defranco show, his shit has been demonitized because he 'promotes violence'. He's considered a news source and news sources are allowed to show graphic and violent content it's ok. ABC news and those channels on YouTube do just fine.

Facebook already has the means, the user base, and pretty much everything else to start pulling YouTuber's away from YouTube, or start promoting their Facebook page.

See this video from a YouTuber named Salomondrin. He's made money from other business' and he broke into the YouTube car video scene and gained a lot of followers
