Read it again. The first sentence refers to
content in videos, comments, private messages, or other places on the site.
The second refers to entire videos.
I seriously don't know why you are arguing because Youtube already enforces both of these rules. Youtube removes videos that only exist to send people to other sites. There is nothing to argue there. If you upload a video announcing you're going live on Twitch, it will be removed. They do this now
RLM uploaded a video that only announced they had other content on Bandcamp. It was also taken down. So what point are you trying to make? That the rule doesn't exist because it's in the same paragraph as another? Come on
