I looked into it man...he's really in prison. I've been following the situation from the beginning and the full story is actually pretty interesting.

There is some sports action filming/editing studio out in California called Addrenal. They've been filming and editing various sports clips (mainly dirt bikes) for a few years now. I guess at some point they linked up with MaxWrist and came to an agreement before he went to prison that they would manage his channel and social media accounts while he was gone. The company is conveniently named as an officer under the MaxWrist LLC so this certainly seems to be the case.

This dude pretending to be him was in some of his California videos and you can tell from the voice that it's the same guy. What really threw me for a loop was the fact that he was putting out brand new content. I figured there was no way that there would be anyone else on this planet that is as insane or reckless when riding so it must be him. But I was wrong. This guy is just as crazy and filmed the recent H2/ducati vids himself.
