YouTube's Rules Don't Apply to Everyone

All of your solutions don't fix the core issue, which is that youtube is offering a shitty deal to creators. Moving millions of subscribers to another platform isn't so easy. Getting sponsors isn't going to fix the issue either, because the algorithm will favor another video that is making youtube money. Your only solutions basically spell the death of their channel. They could just make their own youtube competitor too you know, but it turns out that shit isn't easy.

Yes, he could donate his own money, but why should he be denied the opportunity to ask his followers for donations? Youtube's response to a person trying to do some good is piss poor.

The service is not free for creators. They pay for it with their own money, time and man hours. It's free for cynical viewers like you, who'll just move on to the next creator, uncaring of where the content comes from. Probably laying in bed, watching free content, posting on reddit about how youtube doesn't owe content creators anything.
