Thank you so much for this honest answer. This has totally been my experience. I really appreciate this. I have had the honor to work with so many amazing physicians.

I want to add that I have worked with so many nurses that I just can't stand, they should have never become nurses. They want to become NPs or CRNA's. They never develop assessment skills or bedside manners. I started off as a CNA and that is where I fell in love with my patients. I didn't mean to start this argument. There are good nurses and doctors and there are bad in both, just like there are good gas station attendants and good iron workers. What I'm trying to say is there are "good" people in this world and there are "bad." And if you are unhappy with your care, you need to speak up. Period.
