I'd like to add that you have to physically check the box saying you smoke weed. If you get a card through the state the feds can access your name through the national database whereas with a doctor's rec your name is a series of numbers on a third party database. If you bought a rec last year youd be protected under HIPPA which is keeps your medical records confidential. I think it's so fucking stupid you can abuse legally prescribed opiates and consume alcohol but still keep your firearms yet if you smoke weed they're coming for you. If they want to have stupid laws then why should I be honest while filling out that form. I wasn't and I was cleared.
