YSK that screaming at people in your family is not normal in a lot of households, and a starting point for abuse

Yeah this post made me pause and think for a moment. Then I remembered some families literally have drastically different sizes and family gatherings can be a completely different beast. Like people are yelling not because of an argument, but because there are literally at least 5 different passionate conversations happening (with 20+ people) in one area.

There was a case in my city where because of covid, funerals were limited to immediate family only, but for some non-white families the number of immediate family members exceed covid restrictions. So some funerals were charged with breaking covid restrictions even though they were following the bylaw's immediate family rule lmao

Thank you for bringing up that good point. I thought my family was abnormally abusive for a moment.
