Zach Lowe criticizes Russell Westbrook: wouldn't give up a single asset for Russ trade, says Russ never and won't ever attract stars, says he refused to change despite OKC trying to improve the offense. Would only trade Russ straight-up for a player of Luke Kennard's caliber

The MVP season was two years ago dude. Quit living in the past. Since then his regular season shooting has been 52% and 50%. He was the worst high volume guard efficiency wise this season. In the playoffs then past two years he went 49% TS and 46% TS and got bounced in the first round.

He was clutch his MVP year. He hasn’t been since. All the argument you thunder fans are using refer to his MVP year. That’s 3 years ago. He’s declined massively since then. Look at the numbers right in front of you. You are ignoring two seasons worth of data and living in the past.

Russ leads the league in assists because he holds the ball so much and refuses to play off ball. Another criticism of him which reflects on the lack of success of the Thunder. Russ without the ball is useless.

Stop living in the past and look at this objectively. Russ is on his decline, losing athleticism and has no semblance of a jumper.
