Not at all what it 'implies'. The mere fact that you use that term reveals that this is just your own 'feeling' about what actually was written. You're one of the persons that doesn't really understand words as they were written. You give every word your own color until it's exactly as you imagined it to be, just to fit your own preconceived narrative about 'the good guys and the bad guys'. Well do 't worry, it's okay. You're in 'the majority'. Almost all people in first world countries are completely oblivious of how to properly understand written information i.e. whitout bias and prejudice.
