There is a lot of confusion in your question, why would you break done something if they are nothing but clumps of elementary particles. I understand the point you want to eliminate the unnecessary spaces between nucleus and orbital in an atom thus to obtain a singularity, but singularity was a complex substance, the subtle pieces of particles would cancel each other due to their opposite charges, neglecting the charges, in the sense all the particles to be neutral there exists something similar to that in nature probably neutron star. Trying to breaking down elementary particles is kinda hard due to their lifetime and stability.

Generally we discuss elementary particles based on their mass, charge, spin, chirality, helicity so on. If we neglect them it deviates the particle from what it's originally is.
