They HTMs that they could possibly liquidate or hold to help make the depositors whole. The loans are still enforced, just just transferred. It will take time to make these companies whole. The issue is that these companies are startups and don't have the luxury of time to wait and they are strapped for capital because VCs have run out funding because IPO market has dried up and there are alternative investments that good enough without the high risk of investing in a vc fund.
