Is this enough to justify me being an asshole to people?

I never said you were an a***hole, what i am trying to say is that just because there are people travelling to office doesn't automatically doesn't make this delivery task simple. Both employees and delivery guys are having tough time travelling in rain.

If not for these food coupons, I would have went to that place myself like I always do. And I have been doing this since forever, rain or the roads have never a problem for me.

It doesn't matter its coupons or money. You say that you travel to this place but considering your logic, I repeat the same words i said in my previous comment, you might have six packs because you go to gym everyday working out very hard and now its become your norm, now you expect me to think the same whole process to be easy because you are already doing it.
