Also, there's not many jobs for Svelte because it has nowhere close to as prominent as the bigger players like React and Angular. Companies generally gravitate towards technologies with at a good amount of support and fairly large communities because the last thing a company wants is to get a year into development on a project and then you run into a very unique problem of which there's no solutions for online since not many people are using the technology to begin with. React is backed by Facebook and is used by almost everyone, so whenever an issue arises, chances are you'll find lots of stuff online about it and how to address it (or various ways to address it).

I love svelte and would love to be working in it full time but I can only use it for side projects right now because there's so few jobs for it. Maybe if it continues gaining steam that will change in the coming years.
