3 months no GERD/LPR at all, came back strongly 2 days ago. WTF

I have noticed that when a hard episode comes up, nothing helps besides antacids. Gaviscon Advance helpful, but most helpful for me seemed to be pure sodium bicarbonate. I got one, without aluminum in it. Half teaspoon in water and i't'd help since it deactivates pepsin. I'd have no problems with burn feeling, but now all i have is LPR, which is really harder.

Yeah, unfortunately, mine got caused from my 3rd va ccine. I even got a more traditional type (thought to cause less to no side e ffects). Just after i got it, in next day i had chest pain and legs/arms numbness and severe reflux. All subsided, besides severe reflux, which mysteriously got better after i got infected with covid twice in recent past months. Now it's back again.

I'm not surprised. This monster vi rus has spike proteins which attach to ACE2, which are basically in every organ. So it is a roulette game, any organ can get damaged. I got bladder inflammation from my latest cov infection, which it took 3 months to heal (not feel symptoms, maybe it is still inflammed). Thanks for the sources. It is sad. I don't see a good solution. I don't drink alcohol, caffeine, smoke. No sugary drinks (no carbonated), no nothing at all. Just plain foods with low cholesterol/sugar content and veggies/fruits. As you say, it seems that it doesn't care about diet or anything, cause i tried even fasting, didn't eat for 15h, and my LPR was so bad i couldn't swallow. Nothing in particular works.
