Any of you nerds out there meal prep? What does everybody put into themselves for maxxx performance?

Peanut butter and toast on waking up at 5. Coffee, take a shit. Run 2.5 miles and lift weights. Eat some leftovers from last night's food. Take the rest for lunch. Walk the dog for half an hour. Leave 8:15. Ride 10 miles to work, drink coffee, eat a bagel if it's Friday. At this point Dispatch knows I get hungry again about noon so I usually get first lunch around then. Snooze twenty if I'm flush and don't need the hourly this week, otherwise afternoon is 12:30 to 5. I find some time / space to do 100 push-ups and 150 dips during that. Finish the EOD rush, drink two or thee beers and/or bourbons at the office, ride home, stop by red apple for beer and something to cook on my way home. Whatever's on sale and can be easily cooked / warmed up, and my wife and I will have enough for leftovers
