Listen to me. GO TO THE GYM. It’s gonna suck dragging your depressed ass out of bed and getting started. You are gonna hate it at first. In 1 month, you can start feeling like a new man. It takes a few shitty weeks of digging yourself out of that hole your in, but you will be out. Your testosterone will start to boost and you’ll feel more energy. Slam some protein shakes even if you hate the way they taste and are too depressed to stomach them. The challenge with depression is only you can dig yourself out. But you can. It’s resilience. You’ll feel proud of yourself for doing it too.

GO TO THE GYM. DRINK YOUR PROTEIN SHAKES.

Once you start feeling better by taking better care of yourself.. find a hobby. Something you really enjoy. Self actualize and live for yourself.
