College or real estate?

Go to college if your looking to get into some kind of specialized space like chemistry or being an the very best hospitality person you can be. College, IMO, is about giving you time to figure yourself out. I got an economics degree which for me was exactly what I needed. I used that info to build a solid RE portfolio and open several businesses. I was lucky to be born with a natural leadership mindset. It got me through the military when I was young and then through young adulthood to the point I recognized what I had so I could stop making millions for others and begin to leverage it to help others. That's 2nd thing, extend yourself in a responsible manner so that you help as many people as you can. Money is simply a bi-product of an accumulation of actions. The difference is that those you truly give to recognize the value you bring so don't be surprised when they take care of you at a pivotal time in your life and vice versa.

Tldr, go to college, be a good human and enjoy the where the universe takes you.
