Thank you for posting this. It's encouraging that you want to be approach the sub so consciously.

1. To be honest, it really bothers me to see racism happening amongst POC. I'm a human first, ethnicity 3rd, kinda guy and it hurts to hear that people are trying to create further degrees of separation. Also, the sub does specifically say "POC" which is not synonymous with any one group and is inclusive of many. I came here wanting to see the many. Thank you for facilitating that.

4. I upvote pretty often but sometimes shy to comment. In my opinion and experience, I think we try not to come off too thirsty LMAO. Well if I'm going to keep it real, I'm parched lmao, so I'll keep your note in mind and try to comment more often lol.
