He doesn't look Gujarati or Parsi to me. Gujaratis have classic square heads but they do have broad noses like OP. Iranis only arrived 100 years ago. They aren't Parsis but Iranians basically. (Although they do look similar to Parsis).

Parsis don't have long heads like Iranis/Iranians and almost always have aquiline thin noses. They resemble Jews or Armenians more in face shape than Iranians. Weak jaw, Strong chin and crooked nose creating a bird like profile. Parsis do however produce robust long headed types as well often, but that nose is certainly rare. I've seen that nose in my Irani friends with that nose but not my Parsi friends.
