Personally I'd bring breakfast (bacon, eggs, toast, grits) and offer to cook breakfast to every new station I go too. Donuts are cool but a meal last and people don't forget! Learn to make a good cup of coffee and offer it to everyone who visits the station ,be the last one sitting down for meals and chill time. Volunteer for everything even when you know it's something you can't do and ask to watch & learn if you can't . Listen ALL THE TIME. Save your own opinion unless specifically asked as a rookie. Be respectful and don't join in when someone's being made fun of. Even If you sucked at most stuff but you Work hard & be early everyday & prepared to be better they will notice and help you out
