Always gonna want to win, but at least we can put this season behind us. Get our guys back healthy, get Ja’s head on straight, and get rid of Dillon Brooks. Those three things need to happen this off-season. We get that done and we’ll be ready for action next year.

I believe in swinging for the fences, but I wasn’t expecting a chip this year anyway. I was thinking deep playoff run, but what I really wanted for this postseason is for the young guns to face a real challenge, go through some adversity. Well, this year it got the better of us. I’m never gonna like losing, but maybe getting whooped is what we need in the long term. If we come back more focused and experienced next year, then it was a worthwhile season.

A part of me can’t help but feel devastated, but we’ve got a wide window ahead of us.
