Minecart speed increases when gravel is put under rails

YES.

Also, we going to make Gravel useful, I have a few other ideas:

- 4 Gravel can be crafted into Shale, a nice gray block with extreme fragility. It has a low breaking speed(can be broken by hand quickly) and low blast resistance. Anvils falling on top of Shale will break the Shale(depending on how far the anvil falls, more shale is broken).

- You can craft Shale into Smooth Shale(slightly stronger), Shale Bricks(even stronger), Mossy/Cracked/Chiseled Shale Bricks, Shale Pillars, and Shale Slabs/Stairs/Walls. It's basically the gravel counterpart to Sandstone.

- Right-click on Gravel with a Shovel to make a Gravel Path. Acts like the normal Path Block, but obeys gravity and has a smooth, gray texture.

- If you craft TNT with Gravel instead of Sand, it creates a Fragment Bomb. The Fragment Bomb has a weak explosion but spreads little bits of rock in every direction that deal 1/2 to 2 hearts of damage.

- A new mob has been added to the Nether: The Grabbler. It takes the form of a giant hand that constantly spawns in areas with Gravel, and will target the player on sight. If it reaches the player, it will pick them up and throw them in random direction(especially dangerous near lava or cliffs). If you intercept the grab, it will instead perform a punch attack that has high knockback but can be easily avoided since it goes in a straight line.

- Upon death, the Grabbler can drop Gravel(now it's renewable), Flint, or rarely a new item called the Grabbler's Claw. The Grabbler's Claw basically acts like a grappling hook, you shoot it and get dragged to wherever it lands. It has less range than an Ender Pearl but has durability and can be repaired with Flint. Just be careful where you shoot that thing because it DOES have a cooldown.
