The way i set up mine was to not schedule (agree with Me. Willi on that point), and I add to weapon inventory with a simple amendment doc.

this means: (1) 3 notarized hard copies of your Declaration of Trust (i'm also a Notary Public); (2) a pdf copy of the Trust formation doc if you would like; (3) trust certification document -- this is the short form that verifies the existence of a trust and its essential terms, but doesn't reveal unnecessary details about your assets, etc.; and (4) a word doc or fillable pdf, whichever you prefer, of a simple Amendment to Trust document with clear instructions for how to fill it out for each time you add guns to the trust. all you would need to do is fill in the weapon information, print, and sign.
