Today's Roulette

Come on! How comes nobody sees that this whole event isn't about getting freebies from gacha game, but actually a very sharp nihilistic satire about the modern society? Just think about it - we had, like, 6 or so roulettes since it was introduced, right? And for most people the results were mediocre/less than good (yeah, there were some lucky ones, but for most people it was nothing amazing, usually it's 10-20 pulls per day). And then there's Gachapin, the famous mascot and the almighty being, who's supposed to make a miracle come true in current roulette... But he doesn't. Don't you see this nihilistic idea? "Your idols are nothing. Your hero is nobody. Just like you." Tell me it's not an amazing satire.

On the other hand though, in a more bright way, you can see it as some sort of a motivational training. We've been presented with the idea that Gachapin is an almighty creature and then we're told that he's just like us. It's sort of like "Wanna see a king? Just look in the mirror!" kind of thing.
