Who here has a six pack? Any tips?

I didn't mean "strong" in terms of climbing grades. I meant in terms of actual physical ability. Which is what this post is about.

Efficiency and creativity tends to be a response to a lack of relative strength. Which is why women, in general, tend to climb more efficiently and creatively. What I'm annoyed by, is that there's no reason for me to be relatively weaker than the dudes. Well, there's no gendered reason (personally, I'm lazy and I don't strength train enough).

Also, while I'm ranting (possibly nonsensically), I don't really need or want some dude showing up to tell me what a good job I'm doing, it sounds patronizing. Particularly since as far as I can tell, I'm hitting at the bottom of average in terms of strength (compared to my climbing partners).

Now if you have something actually constructive to add to this conversation, such as the best way to start straightening my legs out of the FL without just collapsing, I'd be happy to hear it. Otherwise, go back to climbharder and try telling those dudes that "its not easy, but they're crushing it!"
