Yes, the rules were on EG's side, everyone knows thatbut you simply can't be so rude and classless when asked a polite question especially when the other team has a right to request a server change. You can simply cite the rules and deny the request instead of being a douchebag. Does the ability to sell tickets mean you have a free behavior pass in MLG league and can be as abusive as you want to be?Also If what Mike is saying is true every other NA team is being forced to play on BR servers for 1 game against BR teams and EG is the only exception.
Can the tournament admins please clarify the situation about both questions please?
Edit - For those of you who are saying it was fake or photoshopped or that EG was following the rules, I suggest you read PAIN's owners post first.
From this post it seems like PAIN were actually following the rules and the game should have been on BR servers, it certainly adds up with what Mike is saying. Rules Key words "or the administration decides on it". If Pains owner and Mike aren't both lying it sounds like the admins decided that BR teams would get 1 game on BR servers.
Col have said they were forced to play 1 game on Br server or face a forfeit regardless of what it says in the rules.
So to summarize, my questions to you tournament admins are as follows -
Do all games between US and Brazilian teams take place on US servers only or just EG's?
Did the admins promise Pain Gaming before the tournament that they could play 1 game on BR servers Like Pain gamings owner has said in his post?
Why did the admin in the lobby not say anything when PPD was mouthing off?
Will you be taking any action against EG.PPD?
Does EG's high profile earn them special treatment?
