Sorry, just getting back to you now.
I am out of Denver. I don't have the kit lens, but do have a 50mm 1.8 I'd be willing to sell. Lens is in great shape and works fine. AF isn't great, but that's just the lens on any FE body. I'd include that for an extra $135. Does not have a box.
Body has a box. As I mentioned, charger cable (all that comes with A7ii) and I will do two batteries.
I have a 28mm f2 I could be interested in parting with as I'm trying to raise the funds for an a7r2 - that would be right around $325 (no box - but has hood, front & rear caps, 49mm B+W UW since day 1. I picked that up from KEH for $400 a month or so ago.
Will include one Sony battery, one off brand battery (Wasabi)
I will check the shutter count - I would expect it to be around 15k.
There are a couple of rub marks on the top of the body on teh sides of the viewfinder bump, I tried to photograph them but did a terrible job. They are very tiny and hard to see.
