That is most likely a library binding of Naruto on Amazon search up Naruto library binding and it should show up the format that you should look for Naruto is library binding because it's likely that it might be a Hardcover copy or possibly a paperback I just want to warn you though before buying a library binding copy of Naruto on Amazon make sure you check the seller's feedback if the positive feedback is not high be warned maybe check other people's experience on their comment and then decide if you want to buy from that seller and another thing I should warn you about is that don't always expect that for the Naruto library binding that you will get a Hardcover because it's likely you get a paperback version for Naruto too either and I have 3 Naruto volumes vol 3, vol 14, and vol 15 that are hardcover ex-library manga and were in acceptable condition with library stickers that I have not removed with 2 on the spine and one on the back cover and the publisher is Perma Bound. I also have vol 35 and vol 37 that were used but look new like they are not ex-library copies they have paw prints as the publisher.
