Same here! And I tested 24/48 hours apart as well. Normal app store star ratings still appear under my account though.

What I noticed was the "star count" does update, say the game gets an extra 5-star rating. Given that I assumed Arcade doesn't show up in "ratings and reviews" (I haven't tried writing a review though).

Before you check with support, to save you some time, they'll usually ask you sign out/in your iCloud account, which for me is a hassle, and when you do it, don't do the mistake I did the first time: do choose the option to backup your Safari and passwords (sorry I can't remember the option, but it's just for those two).
