I had the exact same sense, I also had really stuttery aim.
3 things that helped me Stretching/warming up wrist before playing kovaaks or whatever game, nothing intense, just enough to loosen them up a bit shake them out etc. That should with the twitch a little.
Find a smoothness based routine, I've been using pureg smoothness but I'm sure there are other good ones.
And thirdly and by far the most important, use a sensitivity randomizer when training, Helped me get a lot better.
Disclaimer: I'm only silver with a few gold scores in the voltaic benchmarks, but as someone who has pretty much negative natural talent and had VERY low bronze scores at the beginning I feel like I come a long way .
