You can't say you don't really like warhammer and not getting absolutely bombarded with downvotes.

My only thing about warhammer is, do the people playing total war right now care about total war or warhammer more?

It seems if you just attach the Warhammer or 40k tag to a game and just build around that, no matter how shit the game may be, it can be carried just by the franchise it is based on alone.

I never see anyone talk about total war in the total war reddit in terms of tactics or strategy; it is all about what new units, lords, heroes, factions, etc. might be added into the game to make it more cool. Which I guess is nice, but its not my cup of tea to play a barbie collector game (though I understand why people do it because I have a friend who spent like 5000 USD on Grishan Impact...).
