Once I am comfortable enough again, I will start recording properly too. There are many scripts that need my attention... Or is that a little too arrogant? Hmmmm.
On a personal note, I'd like to thank you for always being an honest person who makes no excuses for who you are, what you like and how you present yourself. Your obvious dismay at losing a performer you were a huge fan of (I don't know who the President of my fan club is, yourself or Penny) is rather heartwarming.
The reason most of my audios went and I vanished a second time was two-fold. Firstly, my job came under threat. According to a colleague who had found some audios and worked out who I was, I was bringing myself and my job in disrepute. Given the nature of some audios, she felt that I might be a danger to students and she wanted me fired. Needless to say, that did not happen. The board were not pleased with it all though. They thought that if it was stumbled upon, people may figure out who I was, but not for certain. I was due to be leaving my job this summer anyway, so rather than work under a cloud, I accepted their offer of 'gardening leave' until my contract ends.
Secondly, one of my friends tried to take her own life. No indications, no warning signs, not a thing. Couple that with my own issues and there was a bit of a rebuilding stage needed. But everything is back on track now.
Good to know I am your favourite teacher.
