Dreamville holders that didn't camp won't be refunded.

You are delusional if you think this company is going to survive the legal and re-imbursement costs they're about to incur. They are either going to be dismantled and form a child company with a new name to escape the bad history or be taken over by a new 'boss', and i doubt the latter as nobody would want to buy them out at this point.

They were in the hole the first few years as all festivals are. They just started making monetary progress and this all happens; albeit their fault im not implying its unfortantate but rather the company is in full damage control litterally attempting to quiet the voices of those who deserve compensation, or just s little fucking empathy. This is a first world country and company; this kind of shits not acceptable here to our population, regardless of anyones opinion on who's whining and who's genuine the point remains that we live in a place where 'i pay money, i get this level of service' and not the level of service the company promises mind you, but im talking bare minimum value in dollars per service rendered.

Anyone and everyone who 'suffered' the consequences of TW's LOLogistical melt down is entitled to compensation by nature of business. It'w also delusional to imply the day people don't matter as they make up the vast majority of the 'free' profit. I.e. TW has to spend x dollars on services for said campers to be ABLE to camp there, whereas day people are raw profit, they pay for a ticket, buy some shit, maybe use a shitter or two, and may or may not also take the bus be supplied.

These tenents are what make up a successful business, they are also what make a consumer friendly business.

Our friend we're talking about just outright feels TW is mean at this point it's beyond objective reasoning as to whats deserved snd what isn't. What I can say however is that she purchased the 3 day and wasn't in the place until saturday because of THEIR logistics failure. You cannot expect the consumer to provide for themselves period, let alone say x will be provided then have it all be a clusterfuck then turnaround and go 'ohhh its all their fault they shoulve just carried their shit 12 miles through calf deep mud man" but I suppose that's what you get when your PR and marketing directors are on drugs 100% of the time, as I can't think of any sane business minded people who think that way.

They havent even made a real statement beyond "sorry folks hope ya don't hate us! :))))))" A kid fucking died because an ambulance couldn't get there. Yes he put the drugs in his mouth nose arm butt, but he'd have lived if they couldve brought themselves to fix a whole 10 miles of road. Both sides are responsible and to say otherwise is to imply only the person who swings first is responsible when you egg them on until they break. You cant have things both ways when it suits you, your way when it suits you, them blame the other party when it suits you; because it makes people file class action lawsuits with thousands of names on them. It makes people get angry enough to actually file civil suits, even pressing charges at the civil level, how often do individuals get angry enough at a company to follow through with their threat of suing?

This event is huge not because it's good because honestly it's always sucked but it's now big because it has potential to blow up into a big matter of setting legal precendant to either straighten shit companies out or let them walk all over consumers whenever they fuck up and be totally absolved from blame while still being persons under the law.

I'm so fucking tired of the shills attempting to prevent meaningful change
