the ending sex scene did not feel like rape. They had obvious chemistry and I think the actors played amazing roles in showing the sexual frustration between the three of them. It is implied that the couple is trying to get pregnant and the good ol boy fucks like a clock ticks. The premise of the episode is to show that even with her being conflicted, she still gives into temptation and near the end, we see that she really does love the man she was with but made a mistake.
