Physical appearance: A beautiful human female from the waist up, with 30 2-metre-wide horrendous black tentacles from the waist down.

Alignment: Endbringer/Force Of Nature.

Power: Well, for obvious reasons, she has a high brute rating. Unlike canon endbringers, she only has 50 layers, each twice as tough as the last. For her extremities, you 'only' need 22,937,600 MPa to take them off. For her torso, you need 4.4367771e+32 MPa to break down to her core. Fortunatly, if you decide to be a moron and enter Circe's mouth, then you can take a deluxe trip straight to the core. Although her 'digestive system' is filled with water, so that's harder than it seems. In addition, her tentacles are very good at tunnelling and can extend to a unknown length, and she's been known to collapse cities if left alone long enough. She can also 'root' herself to the ground, meaning she becomes immovable.

As for her main powers, she has two 'main' powers (at least, according to what they look like): she can choose ten capes at the battle, and tell them to run wild, causing as much destruction as possible. A cape that has been taken like this is not allowed at a Circe fight again. Standard procedure for these capes is to capture them non-lethally using containment foam, although that certainly isn't easy. Her second power is deactivating all powers within ten metres of her body. (Her actual power is boosting/removing powers and the feedback from the shard. So, aggression and the urge for conflict is turned up for those ten, the opposite for those close enough.)
