Good exercise plan for weight loss

Get a skipping rope. It’s cheap, takes up little space and you don’t need a large area to do it. Plus it torches calories. A google search will give you heaps of websites highlighting the benefits.

Try and mix skipping with exercises for legs, core and arms, for example push ups, planks, lunges etc. If you have some weights throw some of them in there. Alternate with a minute of skipping and a minute of strength exercise. Do this for 45 mins to one hour. If you can’t manage that just try and build up to it.

Eliminate all fast foods, unhealthy treats, sodas etc. Drink water and eat a balanced diet. Aim to eat different colours of fruit and veg.
