I was going though the threads the other day, noticed the clip about this 512 BB. Never heard of that one before. He was talking about how it was like a work of art and appreciating it in his living room. lol. Looked it up, that's what it's called.. "Ferrari 512 BBi Is A Piece of Art". I'm there, hang on what model is this. I don't think that's the Magnum PI car.

So that one on the right, now you're getting into like the kind Eric Clapton was into back then eh. I think the BB might look better without those door air scoops. lol. The thing with these older generation cars though is the tires. They're round. You'd need a set where they're like 90 degree angles at the tread like what they do now. I don't like low profile though but it needs that square edge. If you look up pics where they do put them on those older cars, it does look better. This is more like the Sean Connery James Bond type era of those kinds of cars with the round tires. At least they have more profile though. But what they have going on like this 812 I first noticed the other day.. well you need tires like that. lol. Lambos were also doing this though in that era. I guess the 90 degree edge tires weren't invented! lol.
Edit add-on.. So I was just looking into this Clapton's ferraris. A few years ago I noticed he had this 4M one he got them to fix. If you look at the right car in that first pic, that's the type he liked eh. Well if you look at this one he got them to fix, he sorta got the new ones to look like old ones back then. Doesn't like all these scoops. He did a good job on this one one. lol.

ok so hang on I gotta edit this again. So that Clapton's 70's car was the BB, eh. Oh this is kinda neat where he said, fuck this, you guys gonna make me a new one but has that old feel without all these odd scoops. haha. Good job. Tires are too low profile though on this Ferrari SP12 EC. lol

But that one by the back at the window. You should make it so no air vent there.. just smooth it out like he did in the bottom.
What he has to do next though.. I was thinking about this the other day. These rich kids who drive the market and can't drive. Because of the demand, now stick shifts get phased out. I was thinking, hang on.. I wonder if they could have paddles and a fucking manual stick shift in a new car. I betcha if Clapton would look into this he'd "make it so". lol. If you can get a man on the moon you can have paddles and a manual stick shift. ROFL.
