How did the CDC approve the Covid 19 vaccine when it takes on average 4.5 years to diagnose an autoimmune condition as a potential side effect? It would seem immunology experts also practice their soothsayer skills in regards to Vaccine side effect predictions.

No worries. I had to learn Rhuematolgy to not expire from an autoimmune disease that wasn't diagnosed quickly. I became disabled from dysautonomia so I had to learn Neurology and Rhuematolgy or possibly face my own mortality before my mid 30s. I then had to basically use science to prove my condition to some of the most respected Doctors in the Midwest. My life was in my hands and luckily I was pretty educated before I got sick and had been studying both pre law and medicine to see which one suited me more. Fast forward 8 years later and I help people get rare disease diagnoses. I've even had Mayo ask how I can tell someone has EDS from a picture.(hint I used patient history as well) I've diagnosed my own conditions and helped other Specialists through their patients. I now see University department head doctors who brag to me how smart I am and embarrass their Residents with me. They send in the Residents to laugh at me when I self diagnose. The Resident jokingly laughs at me as the specialist walks in. The Resident then tells the Specialist with a smirk that I just self diagnosed myself. My Specialist then looks them straight in the face emotionless and says well &G《&□ isn't wrong very often and if he says he has a condition then you may want to listen to him because he seems to have a better understanding of small fiber neuroapthy and the conditions that cause it then anyone else at this University. They then proceeded to look up my diagnosis in a Springer text book and confirmed my diagnosis after learning what it was. It's like this at both my Rhuematolgy clinic and my Neurology lab. My cancer Specialists also jokingly laughs that he needs to freshen up on his studies every time he knows I'm coming in. I'm not sure if I'm smart or just super stubborn and don't didn't wanna die young but I'll let history decide that. I'm currently writing a book a some rare conditions. I asked my question because I already know the answer to it. I just want multiple Immune/Rhuematolgy experts to back up what I'm already pretty sure I know or to argue with me if it produces a better understanding. On a side note, I'm pretty sure you know more about biotechnology then I do so I'm not some genius. I'm just a guy that was pretty smart but super stubborn. I suspect we won't know if the vaccine produces those immune mediated conditions till about ten years post shot. That's enough time for multiple studies and for us to diagnose even most of the stubborn autoimmune conditions as a possible side effect. One of the reasons it takes 7 years to get approval for a vaccine is because of the time it takes to property diagnose most immune mediated conditions. I haven't met a Rhuematolgy expert that can explain how every cytokine influces one let alone every disease. I already know they can't day for certain but I'd like someone in Virology/immunology or Rhuematolgy to attempt tell me something that woukd basically be impossible. I'm also counting the people who think I'm Anti Vax or an idiot simply for asking a legit complex medical question.

It was big of you to respond to your original question in the manner you did and definitely indicative of someone with intelligence. I hate being wrong myself but to be human is to fail at times. Even Hawking was incorrect on a few subjects. So I tip my hat to your intelligence and humanity.
