If 75 hard isn’t about weight loss…

Firstly, a big part of the program consists of tasks that improve physical health and fitness, and both are important elements of life quality. Whether your goal is gaining/losing weight, recomping, or or just generally getting healthier, the progress will show in pictures. Posture may change, increase in confidence may be evident, etc..

I personally am trying to get back into shape after a rough patch and really didn’t like having to take photos of myself in the beginning. Now on day 40 many things have changed.

• I’m glad for having ”before” photos, as sometimes it’s hard to see the difference without them and it’s empowering to see the change over time • it’s really not a big deal anymore, and I feel like it has helped me overcome the way it bothered me. Now I think, I am demonstrating to myself how i can stay strong and committed to this program no matter how I feel, every day. The progress photo is me, showing up another day. I no longer judge her the way I did starting out. I’m proud of her. • It is difficult sometimes to come to terms with how slow the progress seems in the photos despite working hard, which has caused me to work on my mindset as well

TL;DR: I hated it at first but have experienced surprising mental benefits from it
