I am back!

On Monday Kraken contacted me. A few emails forwards and backwards, but pretty straightforward, a selfie with id card and handwritten notice I was finally able to login at Kraken and gain full access with my tier 4 verification level on Tuesday. 2FA was deactivated and now activated again for the various services. Master keys all saved (what a bumphead I was not writing that down!) and no longer using Google Authenticator but Authy instead for backup purposes of all my Auth codes.

Thanks to Kraken getting this fixed!

I hope everyone else suffering from long-time lack of communication will be able to get back in asap.

4 exchanges needed to be reset. The first to react was Gatehub (2 hours after first contact). Next was Bittrex. Took them 5 days to get back (and not the proclaimed 48 hours) but was done then quickly. Now Kraken finally got it all settled.

The only one I'm still waiting to unlock my acconunt is Poloniex. At least I got that far by now to login and gain access to the "My Profile" page. I had to upload all documentation and photos again and am now waiting for verification. That happened on Tuesday too. Yesterday another contact from an agent asking if my ticket could be closed, which I denied. Since then waiting and waiting.....
