Licorice root experiences? Dosage?

I’m still working out appropriate combo and dose, but so far licorice, rhodiola and panax ginseng have rescued me from severe morning fatigue and daily afternoon crashes. Also drastically upping my sodium intake has been vital, with potassium to balance. Also bear in mind licorice will cause potassium depletion. Previously I was totally intolerant to magnesium due to chronic low grade hyponatremia, just 100mg of mag would knock me out.

This is where I got my adaptogen inspo. I know two people who have seen Marek, and his initial recommendation for both of them was one capsule of licorice to start, then add ginseng.
