Meal Prep/Delivery options?

Hey! Sorry for the delay in responding. I use the mobile app and don't always think about checking to see if I have messages. I have a day off from work and fired up ye olde laptop, lo and behold: orangered!

I'm not sure what Keto is, but I'm assuming it's a low carb kind of thing? I'll google up some recipes if you are still interested after you read the next paragraph :)

So, here's the deal, I cook out of my home kitchen. I ran a vegan baking company for just about a year, ending this year because issues, for a friend's coffee/juice cart business. I made muffins and bars and what not. I did not do food because Pima County does not allow for "food", only baked goods. I played with the idea of moving into a commissary kitchen and beginning a meal delivery service. But, you know, money and stuff.

I do vegetarian cooking. No animal products. That's how I eat, as well. A quick google shows that there are some vegetarian keto friendly recipes. I can read more on the diet and can modify accordingly.

Were you just wanting a "Mexican" food type thing, or just don't really care as long as you have some ready to eat keto friendly meals available?

I wouldn't be able to start until after the New Year, but that gives us time (if you are still interested) to discuss number of meals, delivery times, etc.
